Instructions

1️⃣ Bake the Cake:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch cake pans.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  • Gradually add boiling water while mixing (batter will be thin).
  • Divide batter into pans and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool.

2️⃣ Prepare the Strawberry Filling:

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, cook strawberries and sugar until softened.
